SUNI型车式液压双头拉伸机械手是专门为大型机器设备轴承螺栓装配设计的一种新型工具。相对于近年来常用的冲击式和定力式机械手而言 ,它具有结构紧凑、控制方便、操作简单、不损坏螺栓和螺母丝扣、噪声低、降低劳动强度、保证装配质量等诸多优点 ,深受现场人员欢迎。一般来讲 ,通过适当改变部分结构设计 ,即可适用于多种大型设备轴承螺栓的装配。该文针对 16V2 4 0柴油机主轴承紧固螺栓的装配 ,介绍其结构设计、工作原理及主要特点。
