目的探讨高压氧治疗急性脑梗死患者血清C反应蛋白及D-二聚体水平变化。方法选取2012年4月—2014年4月中国人民解放军第九四医院内三科收治的急性脑梗死患者,随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。治疗组采用高压氧及药物治疗,对照组只采用药物治疗,比较两组治疗前后血清C-反应蛋白及D-二聚体水平,并分析2组治疗后神经功能缺损(NFDS)评分情况。结果两组治疗前血清C反应蛋白及D-二聚体水平间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而治疗后治疗组血清C反应蛋白及D-二聚体水平均低于对照组,且临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死给予高压氧治疗可以明显降低血清C反应蛋白及D-二聚体水平,有利于脑梗死患者康复,有明显临床意义。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum C-reactive protein and D-dimer in patients with acute cerebral infarction treated by hyperbaric oxygen. Methods From April 2012 to April 2014, patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Third Hospital of the 94th People’s Liberation Army were randomly divided into treatment group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). The treatment group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen and drugs, while the control group only treated with drugs. The levels of serum C-reactive protein and D-dimer before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The NFDS scores of the two groups were also analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in serum C-reactive protein and D-dimer levels between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05), while the levels of serum C-reactive protein and D-dimer in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group , And the clinical curative effect is better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen treatment in acute cerebral infarction can significantly reduce serum C-reactive protein and D-dimer level, and is beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction. It has obvious clinical significance.
