学生犹如一株株刚刚被植入泥土的幼芽,在从落土到绽放的过程中,会遇到不少困难,需要“园丁”采取科学、积极、现代、有效的方法加以引导、管理,这样学生的自我意识、自我价值和成功的信心都会像蓓蕾一样,在老师的精心呵护下绽放。
