以三氧化二铬 (Cr2 O3)为指示物 ,测定了蛋白质、脂肪含量分别为 48.95 %、7.5 1 %和45 .35 %、7.2 0 %的饲料配方W1 和W2 的蛋白质表观消化率 (DP)、脂肪表观消化率 (DI) ;并用配方W1 和W2 在水泥池网箱中进行 31d的喂养试验 ;试验期间平均水温 2 1℃。结果表明 :鳜鱼对配方W1 和W2 的蛋白质、脂肪表观消化率分别为 84.89%、87.93%和 92 .2 5 %、91 .86% ;W1 和W2 组的特殊生长率(SGR)、蛋白质效率 (PER)分别为 0 .93%、1 0 9.0 3%和 0 .91 %、1 1 8.1 2 %。通过分析指出 ,配方W2 复配合理 ,能较好地促进鳜鱼生长。
The apparent digestibility of protein (DP) of feed formulas W1 and W2 with protein and fat content of 48.1%, 7.5% and 45.3% and 7.2%, respectively, were determined with chromium oxide (Cr2 O3) ), And apparent digestibility of fat (DI).
