1. INTRODUCTION This paper attempts to analyze the causes of poverty in a rubbery small-scale agricultural park in Malaya with a high potential for production. The area under study is a Malay reserve in Selangor, Uttar Pradesh, Ulu Seupur. Rural and Industrial Under the direction of the author, the Economic Planning Section of the Development Bureau conducted a survey in the area from the second half of 1959 to the first half of 1960. The facts identified in this investigation have been confirmed by the Rural Development and Industrial Development Bureau Plan team members and collated into two documents.The author would like to thank the authors of the two documents for allowing them to apply some of the materials in both documents.But the analysis presented in this article is brand new of.
