On the morning of June 3, 2002, the Beijing Shunyi District Educational Research and Examination Center held the “15th District Project Startup Research Conference” in Shunyi District. The students in Grade Two (4) were shown under the guidance of the class teacher Quan Bin. A section of Inquiry Learning - “Approaching the ’Three Highs’” (“San Gao” is the abbreviation of “San Gao Agricultural Demonstration Park”). This lesson is refreshing both in terms of form and content. When the process is more than half of the time, the people who have attended the lecture have not yet seen Teacher Quan Bin.
