现阶段，中国书画市场处于低谷，但艺术活动如雨后春笋，层出不穷，既有大型书画博览会，也有联展或个展等艺术推广活动。这些活动虽然丰富了书画圈的学术交流，但未能提振艺术机构信心，推动市场繁荣。究其原因，这些大型活动还是停留在形象工程或者传统的活动营销层面，只关注了书画产业链的部分因素。
