高职院校人才培养目标是学校希望通过教学教育活动所达到的结果,即具有职业性和灵活性的特点。然而,高职院校课程考核存在明显不足,阻碍了高职人才培养目标的实现。为促进高职人才培养目标的达成,课程考核必须以人才培养目标为准绳,以检测职业能力与职业素养为根本目的,实现全程化、个性化的课程考核。
The goal of talent training in higher vocational colleges is the result that schools hope to achieve through teaching and educational activities, that is, the characteristics of being professional and flexible. However, there is a clear shortage of curriculum assessment in higher vocational colleges, hindering the realization of higher vocational personnel training objectives. In order to promote the goal of higher vocational personnel training, curriculum assessment must be based on personnel training objectives to detect occupational skills and professional accomplishment as the fundamental purpose of achieving full and personalized curriculum assessment.
