研究了巯基乙酸对黄铜矿的抑制作用及机理,提出了巯基乙酸与黄铜矿化学竞争吸附和电化学还原协同作用机理。结果表明:由于巯基己酸在黄铜矿表面的化学竞争吸附和电化学还原协同作用,使巯基乙酸在吸附与矿物表面的同时能解吸矿物表面黄药,从而对黄铜矿产生强烈的抑制作用。
The inhibitory effect and mechanism of thioglycolic acid on chalcopyrite were studied. The synergistic mechanism of chemical competitive adsorption and electrochemical reduction of thioglycolic acid and chalcopyrite was proposed. The results show that thioglycolic acid desorbs the xanthate on the surface of minerals at the same time due to the chemical competitive adsorption and electrochemical reduction synergy of thioglycolic acid on the surface of chalcopyrite, which can strongly inhibit the chalcopyrite .
