我所经常加工小批和单件偏心类工件。以前用专用工装,周期长,质量不稳,影响新产品的研制。最近我们采用了与同心轴磨偏心圆相似的方法进行加工,如图1所示。工作时将心轴紧靠工件内孔一侧,以定位销作周向定位,端面压紧。这样,两块支撑板与心轴一侧三点形成的圆与工件内孔滑动配合,以轴d为旋转中心,加工偏心外圆。用此心轴磨外圆能提高加工精度。以前用专用工装偏心距e_(-0.02)很难达到。最近加工10件偏心工件,偏心距e都小于0.005mm,
I often process small batch and single eccentric workpiece. Previously used special tooling, long cycle, the quality of instability, affecting the development of new products. Recently, we used a method similar to that of a concentric shaft grinding eccentric, as shown in Figure 1. The work of the mandrel close to the hole side of the workpiece to locate the pin for circumferential positioning, face compact.
