目的 研究肿瘤中微血管密度 (MVD)和肿瘤碱性成纤维生长因子 (bFGF)的表达水平在乳腺癌中的临床意义。方法 对 32例手术切除的乳腺癌标本进行连续切片 ,分别做HE染色 ,F -Ⅷ相关抗原和bFGF免疫组织化学染色 ,根据Weidner法进行MVD的测定。结果 32例中 ,bFGF阳性者 1 8例 ,表达率为 5 6 3% ,阳性表达者MVD记数为41 5 5± 1 4 44 ,肿瘤直径大于 5cm时 ,肿瘤微血管密度明显增高。结论 bFGF在肿瘤血管形成和肿瘤生长中起重要作用 ,而肿瘤微血管密度可以做为评定乳腺癌预后的一项重要指标。
Objective To study the clinical significance of the expression of tumor microvessel density (MVD) and tumor basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in breast cancer. Methods Thirty - two cases of surgical resected breast cancer specimens were serially sectioned and stained with hematoxylin - eosin (HE) staining, F - VIII related antigen and bFGF immunohistochemistry respectively. The MVD was measured by Weidner ’s method. Results Among the 32 cases, 18 cases were positive for bFGF, the expression rate was 56.3%, the positive expression was 41 5 5 ± 14 44, and the tumor microvessel density was obviously increased when the tumor diameter was larger than 5 cm. Conclusion bFGF plays an important role in tumor angiogenesis and tumor growth. The microvessel density of tumor can be used as an important index to evaluate the prognosis of breast cancer.
