目的应用标准CPR成功抢救电击致心脏骤停患者。方法总结新乡市第二人民医院2006年1月至2008年5月成功抢救10例电击致心脏骤停患者的体会。结果心肺复苏开始时间2～5min,心脏电除颤时间2.5～5min。结论急救人员的素质及现场快速有效的心肺复苏是抢救成功的关键。
Objective To successfully rescue patients with cardiac arrest by standard CPR. Methods From January 2006 to May 2008, Xinxiang No.2 People’s Hospital successfully rescued 10 patients with cardiac arrest caused by electric shock. Results Cardiopulmonary resuscitation time 2 ~ 5min, defibrillation time 2.5 ~ 5min. Conclusion The quality of first aid workers and quick and effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation on site are the keys to successful rescue.
