胡锦涛同志在党的十七大报告中指出:“全党同志特别是领导干部都要讲党性、重品行、作表率。”他在十七届中央纪委第二次全体会议上再次强调,要教育和引导干部讲党性、重品行、作表率。这是总书记对全党同志特别是领导干部提出的殷切希望和政治要求,也是对党员干部政治上的关心和爱护。

It is also the political concern and love for the party members and cadres.
