学生专业实践能力培养是本科教育的主要内容之一。旅游本科专业学生的专业实践能力来源于课程教学、企业实习过程，与实践教学理念、学校教学设施、合作企业等诸多因素有关。在旅游管理专业特色化建设过程中，针对存在的问题，提出系统化、特色化、多元化教学改革理念，通过将能力培养融入课程、双证教育、工学结合、双师型师资培养等改革路径，达到培养应用型本科旅游管理人才的目的。","Students ’ professional practical ability training is one of the main contents of undergraduate education . Tourism undergraduate students ’ practical ability is derived from the course teaching and the process of enterprise inteship ,which is related to various factors such as the concept of practical teaching , the teaching facilities of schools ,the cooperative enterprises and so on .During the professional characteristic construction of tourism manage-ment,, we put forward the systematic , characteristic and diversified teaching reform ideas in view of the existing problems,and achieve the training objectives of the applied undergraduate tourism management talents with strong practice ability by the combination of ability training and curriculum ,the double certificate education ,work-inte-grated leaing ,and double type teacher training .
