关于1960年度各级预算收入超收的处理,曾在本年一月全省财政会议上作了决定:1960年省对专、市、县的财政体制仍执行1959年规定不变。对于收入超收分成和支出预算结余的处理,应本着“结余留用、超收分成、统一安排、计划批准”的原则执行。兹将具体执行办法通知如下:1.各专、市、县的收入超收与省分成比例,总的仍按六、四分成比例不变。即以百分之六十归省,百分之四十留归专、市、县。
