地下洞室的喷混凝土支护,近十多年来在我国有较大发展。以往干喷混凝土施工工艺虽较简单,但喷射时粉尘弥漫,施工环境极差,且回弹量大,较难控制喷射物的水灰比;喷敷岩面上的混凝土抗压强度波动亦大,直接影响到喷射混凝土的支护质量及使用年限。 1981年,山东省水利厅科研所在青泉寺采用水泥裹砂法喷射混凝土(简称水泥裹砂法)施工工艺的试验,取得了一些可贵的技术资料,为喷射混凝土施工新工艺开拓了新的途径。
