普乐林注射液是提取中药葛根中的有效成份制成的。我们在应用其治疗冠心病时,观察到该药兼有降低血脂及血粘度作用,报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 病例选择:全部患者均为住院病人。在住院后治疗前行血脂血流变学检查,符合高脂血症及高粘血症的诊断。随机分为两组,治疗组与对照组各30例。
