农机成人教育教学方法得当与否,是教学成败的关键。笔者在二十余年的教学实践中体会到:传授知识和培养能力是一个统一的过程,知识和能力之间既有联系又有差异。
Proper or not, the teaching method of agricultural adult education is the key to the success or failure of teaching. In more than twenty years of teaching practice, I have come to realize that imparting knowledge and cultivating ability are a unified process. There are both connections and differences between knowledge and ability.
