基于2008年10月14至15日,2009年8月14至15日,20至21日在大连湾口进行的海流、温度和盐度的周日连续观测,对大连湾口处夏季、秋季的温、盐、流及混合特征进行了研究。结果表明,大连湾湾口处的平均混合率较强,约为10-3m2/s;混合率的最大值超过10-2m2/s,比大洋混合率的背景场量值高3个数量级;夏季大潮期的混合率大于小潮期。强混合可归因于以下几个方面:(1)风的机械能是海洋上层混合的一个主要来源;(2)潮致混合是大连湾口处夏季、秋季混合的主要类型;(3)边界层内较强的底摩擦是底层混合的重要贡献因素;(4)剪切不稳定是产生强混合的主要动力机制之一。
Based on the continuous observations of the sea currents, temperature and salinity at the mouths of Dalian Bay from 14 to 15 October 2008, 14 to 15 August 2009 and 14 to 15 August 2009 and 20 to 21 August 2009, Salt, flow and mixing characteristics were studied. The results show that the average mixing rate at the mouth of Dalian Bay is strong, about 10-3m2 / s; the maximum mixing rate is over 10-2m2 / s, which is 3 orders of magnitude higher than the background mixing rate of oceanic mixing; The mixing rate is greater than the tidal period. Strong mixing can be attributed to the following aspects: (1) the mechanical energy of the wind is a major source of the upper ocean mixing; (2) tidal mixing is the main type of summer and autumn mixing at the Dalian Bay; (3) Strong bottom friction is an important contributor to the bottom mixing. (4) Shear instability is one of the main driving forces for strong mixing.
