目的 考察木瓜中提取的齐墩果酸对乙型肝炎病毒 (HBV)的抑制作用。方法 以HBVDNA转染人肝癌细胞所得的HepG2 .2 .2 .15细胞株为模型 ,考察用药后 4d培养上清中HBsAg、HBeAg;收获细胞 ,提取病毒DNA ,斑点杂交检测用药后细胞中HBVDNA的变化。结果 齐墩果酸对上述病毒抗原表现出较强的抑制作用 ,斑点杂交显示其中齐墩果酸在 2 0 μg·ml-1时对HBVDNA的抑制率为 2 9.33%。结论 齐墩果酸对于HBV复制有较强的抑制作用 ,值得进一步研究
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of oleanolic acid extracted from papaya on hepatitis B virus (HBV). Methods HBV DNA was transfected into HepG2.2.2.15 cells obtained from human hepatocellular carcinoma cells as a model. HBsAg and HBeAg were cultured in the supernatant after 4 days of drug administration. The cells were harvested and viral DNA was extracted. Dot blot hybridization was used to detect HBV DNA in the cells. Variety. RESULTS: Oleanolic acid showed a strong inhibitory effect on the above mentioned virus antigens. Dot blot showed that the inhibition rate of HBV DNA was 29.33% when oleanolic acid was used at 20 μg·ml-1. Conclusion Oleanolic acid has a strong inhibitory effect on HBV replication and deserves further study.
