本文应用顶空气相色谱法的原理经多次探索,提供了简易、快速、灵敏的测试方法。用100ml盐水瓶作顶空装置,用加热法使环氧乙烷挥散,于顶部抽取气样用气相色谱法进行测定,改变了用溶剂浸取所致的分离困难。最低检出量4×10~(-8)g。对医院常用的数种高分子材料经EO消毒后在不同时间内的EO残留量进行了测定,不仅为医疗部门确保消毒器材的安全使用提供了科学的数据,同时也为制药、食品工业提供了EO的测试方法。文中对EO解吸条件进行了探讨。
In this paper, the principle of headspace gas chromatography has been explored several times to provide a simple, rapid and sensitive test method. A 100 ml brine bottle was used as a headspace apparatus, volatile ethylene oxide was volatilized by heating, and a gas sample was taken at the top to be measured by gas chromatography, which changed the separation difficulty due to solvent leaching. The lowest detection rate of 4 × 10 ~ (-8) g. The number of EO residues in different kinds of macromolecule materials commonly used in hospitals after EO disinfection was determined not only to provide scientific data for the medical departments to ensure safe use of sterilizing equipment but also to provide the pharmaceutical and food industries with EO test method. EO desorption conditions were discussed in this paper.
