随着城市电网的发展,高低压电磁环网造成的短路电流超标等问题日益严重,其影响着电网的安全稳定运行。基于电压源换流器的柔性环网控制器具有独立控制系统有功、无功功率,实现电磁环网解列与故障隔离等功能,该文根据柔性环网控制器的技术特点提出了优化传统系统设计时直流平波电抗器、接地装置以及联接变压器等设备的几种紧凑化方案,能有效地进一步减小占地面积及投资,最大化突出背靠背柔性直流输电装置的优点以适应不同应用场合的需求。
With the development of urban power grids, the problems such as excessive short-circuit current caused by high and low voltage electromagnetic ring networks have become increasingly serious, which affects the safe and stable operation of the power grid. The flexible ring network controller based on voltage source converter has functions of independent control of active and reactive power of the system to realize the solution of electromagnetic ring network and fault isolation. According to the technical characteristics of flexible ring network controller, Several compact design schemes such as DC smoothing reactors, grounding devices, and connecting transformers are designed to further reduce footprint and investment, and maximize the advantages of outstanding back-to-back HVDC devices for different applications demand.
