在B_5培养基上从南方红豆杉茎段和叶片外植体诱导形成愈伤组织。经过比较,确定B_5+NAA3mg/l+BA0.1mg/l培养基适合红豆杉愈伤组织的诱导和生长。HPLC测定结果表明,南方红豆杉愈伤组织中紫杉醇含量为提取后干重的0.008%。
Callus was induced from stems and leaf explants of Taxus chinensis var. mairei on B_5 medium. After comparison, it was determined that B_5+NAA3mg/l+BA0.1mg/l medium was suitable for the induction and growth of callus of Taxus chinensis. The results of HPLC assay showed that the content of taxol in the callus of Taxus chinensis was 0.008% of dry weight after extraction.
