新闻媒体的舆论监督与公民的名誉权保护之间,时有冲突发生,特别在新闻媒体与公众人物之间这种冲突更为突出。解决的最好办法是,不断完善相关法律法规,构建权利保护的平衡机制。
Conflicts often occur between the media supervision of public opinion and the protection of citizens’ reputation, especially in the news media and public figures. The best solution is to constantly improve the relevant laws and regulations, and build a balance of rights protection mechanism.
