拥有11家国营大中型企业的沈阳市建工局,在全市搞活大中型企业的艰苦努力中脱颖而出。1991年,他们在施工任务骤减40％的情况下,到12月上旬,不但实现产值和利税仍比上年同期增长6％和61.5％,提前完成了同沈阳市人民政府签定的10亿元产值、4500万元利润的指标,而且一举夺魁,成为全市唯一没有亏损企业的行业。
The Shenyang Municipal Construction and Industry Bureau, which has 11 state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises, stands out from the arduous efforts of the city to invigorate large and medium-sized enterprises. In 1991, they reduced their construction tasks by 40%, and by early December, they not only achieved an increase of 6% and 61.5% in output value, profits and taxes, but also completed 1 billion yuan in advance with the Shenyang Municipal People’s Government. The yuan output value, the index of 45 million yuan profit, and won the championship, became the only industry in the city without loss-making enterprises.
