目的了解南阳市8~10岁在校儿童碘营养状况,为全市碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据。方法随机抽取南阳市所辖、市、县、区的30个乡30所小学共1500名在校儿童,采集晨尿和当日食用盐、饮用水,用碘催化砷铈反应试剂盒等进行检测。结果共检测尿样1500份,尿碘中位数为201.7μg/L。尿碘<20μg/L的样本只有1份,占检测数的0.07%;>100μg/L的样本有1238份,占检测数的82.53%。盐碘合格率为89.47%,水碘合格率为30.67%。结论南阳市在校儿童碘营养状况较好,但盐碘合格率略低于国家消除碘缺乏病标准,水碘缺乏。应进一步加强合格碘盐的供应和监测工作。
Objective To understand the iodine nutrition status of children aged 8 ~ 10 years in Nanyang City and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders in the city. Methods A total of 1,500 schoolchildren from 30 primary schools in 30 townships under the jurisdiction of cities, counties and districts were randomly selected to collect morning urine and edible salt and drinking water on that day, and iodine-catalyzed arsenic-cerium reaction kits were tested. Results A total of 1500 urine samples were tested and the median urinary iodine was 201.7 μg / L. Urine iodine <20μg / L samples only 1, accounting for 0.07% of the number of tests;> 100μg / L samples have 1238, accounting for 82.53% of the number of tests. Salt iodine pass rate of 89.47%, water iodine pass rate of 30.67%. Conclusion The iodine nutrition status of children in Nanyang City is better, but the passing rate of salt and iodine is slightly lower than the national standard of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders, and the iodine deficiency is not enough. Should further strengthen the supply of iodized salt and monitoring.
