糖尿病周围神经病变是临床上糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症之一,随着病程的加长,病变可累及感觉神经、运动神经和自主神经、以下肢感觉神经病变最常见。但并发格林-巴利综合征(GBS)的病例报道较少,而GBS是一种周围神经脱髓鞘疾病,也能侵犯脊神经及自主神经,容易造成误诊。现将临床上遇到的1例糖尿病肾病合并GBS的病例予以分析报道如下。
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the most common chronic complications of clinical diabetes. With the longer course of disease, the lesion can affect sensory nerves, motor nerves and autonomic nerves, and sensory neuropathy of the lower limbs is the most common. However, complicated with Gull-Barre syndrome (GBS) cases less reported, and GBS is a peripheral nerve demyelinating disease, but also violations of the spinal nerves and autonomic nervous, likely to cause misdiagnosis.
