本刊讯(记者肖玉华)近日,华润创业召开特别股东会,正式通过向母公司华润集团出售全部非啤酒业务。华创宣布股东以超过98%的票数,通过公司以300亿元出售非啤酒业务给华润集团,并削减股本金额100亿元。每股12.3元的特别股息,预计将在今年10月底派付。首席财务官黎汝雄表示,近期华创与不少大型机构投资者洽谈,大部分投资者都认为此次出售条款具吸引力。
In this newsletter (Reporter Xiao Yuhua), China Resources Enterprise recently held a special shareholder meeting to officially sell all non-beer business to the parent company China Resources Group. Huachuang announced that shareholders had sold more than 98% of the company’s non-brew business to China Resources Group for RMB 30 billion through the company, and had reduced its share capital by RMB 10 billion. The special dividend of $12.3 per share is expected to be paid by the end of October this year. CFO Li Xiongxiong said that recently, Huachuang has negotiated with many large institutional investors, and most investors believe that the terms of the sale are attractive.
