验算移动式起重机在水平侧向力作用下的倾覆稳定性对起重机安全工作非常重要,特别是装卸用的移动式起重机回转起、制动时,由于回转速度高,物品所受切向惯性力大,作用在臂架端部的水平侧向力不可忽视,因此必须验算起重机在回转起,制动时的倾覆稳定性,目前在计算高速回转的移动式起重机倾覆稳定性时,往往忽略上述计算工况,即使考虑了上述计算工况,也都是以臂架轴线与倾覆边成45°作为计算位置验证侧向力作用下的稳定性(见本文图2)。该假定的计算位置(见[1]第51页)没有考虑惯性力大小,支承尺寸(行走轮或支腿)等因素对起重机失稳臂架方位角的影响。实际发生的起重机倾覆事故中,臂架方位角非都是45°,它随上述影响因素而变。本文介绍在水平侧向力作用下起重机稳定性的简易算法,利用作用在起重机上的水平、垂直载荷的合力轨迹确定臂架在旋转过程中对所有倾覆边的倾覆稳定性。毋需先假定臂架方位而产生计算误差。

In this paper, a simple algorithm of crane stability under lateral lateral force is introduced. The tipping stability of all the overturned edges during the rotation of the boom is determined by the resultant trajectory of horizontal and vertical loads acting on the crane. There is no need to assume the orientation of the boom and the calculation error.
