我院应用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止10～18周妊娠100例,取得了满意效果,现报告如下。1 资料和方法1.1 一般资料 本组100例均为我院自1999年3月至2000年3月住院的流产、引产病人。其中20～25岁64例,26～30岁22例,31～34岁14例。初产妇64例,经产妇36例。正常单胎妊娠91例,高危妊娠需终止妊娠9例,其中3例有剖宫产史、3例
