一、要针对干部群众关心的重点、热点、难点问题,开展扎扎实实、深入细致的思想政治工作。江泽民同志在中央思想政治工作会议上强调指出:“要紧密结合干部群众在思想认识和工作、生活中产生的新问题,突出加强理想信念教育,不断增强全体人民的凝聚力”。做好思想政治工作,一定要深入基层,深入群众,通过各种方式做好调查研究,摸清真实情况,对当地干部群众普遍关心的问题、反映强烈的问题,做到心中有数。
First, we must carry out well-conceived and thoroughgoing ideological and political work in the light of the major, hot and difficult issues of which the cadres and masses are concerned. Comrade Jiang Zemin emphasized at the Central Ideological and Political Work Conference: “It is necessary to closely integrate the new problems that arise among cadres and masses in ideological understanding and work and life, highlighting the education of ideal and faith and constantly enhancing the cohesion of all the people.” To do a good job of ideological and political work, we must go deep into the grassroots and work in depth with the masses and conduct investigations and studies through various means so as to find out the realities and reflect on the issues of general concern to the local cadres and the masses and to reflect the strong questions.
