5月11日,在全州县龙水镇全佳村委五家祠堂正门外的内壁墙两侧,发现了抗战时期的文宣墙报《军民合作公约》和《国民公约》。《军民合作公约》全文书写在祠堂右侧墙体的正中央,正文内容字迹大都清晰可辨。据村中87岁高龄的侯金保老人介绍,《军民合作公约》是1938年国民革命军第五军驻扎全县(今全州县)时,由他的启蒙老师蒋芷阶根据政府安排所写。
On May 11, on both sides of the inner wall of the five ancestral temples of Quanjia Village Committee of Longshui Town, Quanzhou County, they found the propaganda and announcing “Civil-Military Cooperative Convention” and “National Convention” of the propaganda period. The full text of the “Civil-Military Cooperative Convention” is written in the center of the right wall of the ancestral hall. Most of the written contents of the text are legible. According to Hou Jinbao, an 87-year-old village elder, the Convention on Civil-military Cooperation was written by his enlightening teacher Jiang Zhifang under government arrangements when the Fifth Army of the National Revolutionary Army was stationed in the county (now Jeonju County).
