通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、X射线荧光光谱分析等手段,对四川攀枝花红格钒钛磁铁矿选矿产品铁精矿的矿物学特征进行了详细研究。结果表明:铁精矿由Fe、Ti、V、Cr、Cu、Ni、Mn、Ca、Mg、Si、Al、S等元素构成;铁精矿的主要金属矿物有钛磁铁矿,以及少量的钛铁矿、磁黄铁矿和脉石矿物;铁精矿主要矿物的矿物学特征与原矿中主要矿物的矿物学特征相似,都是由主客晶矿物组成的复合矿物。铁精矿的粒度细小且形貌随粒度的减小由粒状向片晶状变化。该研究结果为该矿区铁精矿的选冶工艺以及综合利用提供了重要参考依据。
The mineralogical characteristics of iron concentrates beneficiated from Hongge vanadium titano-magnetite ore from Panzhihua in Sichuan province were studied in detail by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. The results show that the iron concentrates are composed of Fe, Ti, V, Cr, Cu, Ni, Mn, Ca, Mg, Si, Al and S. The main metallogenetic minerals of iron concentrates are titanomagnetite, Ilmenite, pyrrhotite and gangue minerals. The mineralogical characteristics of the main minerals of the iron concentrates are similar to the mineralogical characteristics of the main minerals in the ore and are all composed of the host minerals from the host-guest crystal. The fineness of iron ore concentrate is small and the morphology changes from granule to plate with the decrease of grain size. The results of this study provide an important reference for the iron and steel smelting process and comprehensive utilization of iron ore concentrate in the mine.
