思想政治工作是经济工作和其它一切工作的生命线,是我们党和社会主义国家的重要政治优势,因而也是企业的重要政治优势。在知识经济和崇尚人文价值的时代,企业文化被称之为企业的灵魂,如何运用文化力量完善企业思想政治工作,笔者认为思想政治工作与企业文化是两个不同的概念,既有许多相似之处,又有许多不同的地方,既可结合起来抓,但又要有所侧重。
