延安县人民政府在去年春耕工作中作了很多工作,从该县去年春耕总结报告中可以看出是主动的有计划的进行了工作,完成了任务。按要求说老区应该是这样。为了把五一年春耕工作搞好,特将该县去年度春耕工作总结报告略加修整介绍刊登,藉以交流工作经验,惟报告中有几个问题注意分析得不够,兹分别提出如下,以供参考:(一)延安县烈军工属比较多,耕牛缺少,在人畜力比较缺乏的情况下,怎样解决这些问题的,报告中没有具体分析。(二)检查工作不深入:如对植树成活率是多少?超过任务百分之八十九,都成活了?还有植树英雄朱继福一人栽了一千二百多株树,花了多长时间,成活率是多少?(三)在变工组「大部份是经过干部宣传动员而组织的」情况下但变工组织的人数仅占全劳的百分之四十强,以一个老区来说,还有研究分析的必要,报告中缺乏分析研究。
