档案意识,主要体现在人们对档案的认识和对档案的形成、利用和保护等诸方面的态度及行为上。上海市档案局《上海档案事业现状及其发展对策》课题组,曾于1988年8月对近千人进行社会档案意识的调查,收回调查表784份。被调查者中,绝大部分为党政干部、社科工作者、科技工作者、教师、学生等。在对有关项目的调查中,对档案概念缺乏正确理解的有431人,占55％;从没到档案馆利用
File awareness is mainly reflected in people’s understanding of the file and the formation, use and protection of the file and other aspects of the attitude and behavior. Shanghai Archives Bureau, Shanghai Archives Career Status and Countermeasures for Development, has conducted a survey on nearly a thousand people in August 1988 on the awareness of social archives and retrieved 784 questionnaires. The respondents, the vast majority of party and government cadres, social workers, science and technology workers, teachers, students and so on.
