目的:观察分析应用传统三联疗法与中医辨证分型疗法联合治疗慢性胃炎幽门螺杆菌感染的临床效果。方法:选择2012年4月-2014年4月本院收治的慢性胃炎幽门螺杆菌感染患者86例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各43例。对照组采用传统三联疗法治疗,治疗组采用传统三联疗法联合中医辨证分型疗法治疗。观察比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组有效率为90.6%。对照组有效率69.7%,治疗组有效率明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用传统三联疗法与中医辨证分型疗法对慢性胃炎幽门螺杆菌感染的临床治疗效果明显优于单纯的传统三联疗法。
Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical effect of traditional triple therapy and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation therapy in treating chronic gastritis Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods: From April 2012 to April 2014, 86 patients with chronic gastritis Helicobacter pylori infection admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional triple therapy, and the treatment group was treated with traditional triple therapy combined with TCM syndrome differentiation therapy. The clinical effects of two groups were observed and compared. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.6%. The effective rate of the control group was 69.7%, and the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of traditional triple therapy and TCM syndrome differentiation therapy for chronic gastritis Helicobacter pylori infection clinical efficacy was significantly better than the simple traditional triple therapy.
