采用气质联用技术对市场上某沉香精油的成分进行了分析,通过对比研究探索了一种分离效果较好的色谱柱程序升温方法。研究发现,市售沉香精油中可分离的成分达100余种,其中可通过质谱数据库识别的且含量大于0.1%的组分有57种,色酮类化合物总含量为24.2%,沉香螺醇含量为15.1%。
