在精加工气缸体主轴承孔时,一般每边留0.4~0.5mm的精加工余量,因为要保证几个孔的同轴度,所以是用一根长镗杆同时穿入所要镗的几个孔里用支座支承来进行加工的。加工时先对好刀从孔端面镗进深2mm左右,然后停下机床进行测量。因为孔中穿有镗杆而无法用卡尺或内径百分表来测量,只好用内卡钳凭手感来量孔,然后再用外径千分尺来测量卡钳脚间的距离。这样测量的精确度和工人手感熟练程度有密切关系,因此很容易出现测量误差。为了保证产品的加工质量和提高测量效率,我们设计了主轴承孔专用量具,见图。使用时在标准环规上把百分表调整到零位后,就可对内孔进行测量,然后把测量到的偏差值乘以修正系数0.9就是孔的实际偏差。系数值是因为测量杆与百分表杆相交成25°,而cos25°≈0.9。

The value of the factor is because the measuring rod intersects the dial indicator rod at 25 ° and cos25 ° ≈0.9.
