《科学学与科学技术管理》杂志创刊10年来,在天津市科委的领导下,杂志社全体同志改革创新,团结奋进,不仅出版了一百多期杂志,发表了4千多篇文章,约一千万字,发行总量达200多万册;还率先开展了许多重大的学术交流和培训工作,在国内外有良好声誉和重要影响。对于我国科技、经济、与社会协调发展,对改革、开放起到了积极地推动作用。国务委员、国家科委主任宋健同志,几年前就对本刊给予较高评价。他说:“我们现在所讨论的许多科技体制改革中的问题,早在80、81年科学学杂志就讨论过,发表过文章,理论先行起的作用是好的”。在《科学学与科学技术管理》杂志创刊100期时,还专题写了文章在杂志发表,并热情地写信给编辑部。信中说:“欣悉以宣传党的科技政策,赞杨科技大好形势,交流科技信息,探讨科学学理论与方法而著称的《科学学与科学技术管理》杂志已创刊一百期,值得热烈庆贺。愿以此文表达心意,与科技界同志们共勉。”
