文章分析了影响军队文职人员职业认同的主要原因,提出了四条增强文职人员职业认同感的建议:要把好文职人员的进入关,尽量专业对口;做好文职人员的岗前培训;以人为本,营造文职人员的成材环境;强化对文职人员的认同。
This article analyzes the main reasons that affect the occupational identification of civilian civilians in the army, and puts forward four suggestions to enhance the professional identity of civilians: to ensure the entry of civilians as close as possible to their professional counterparts; to provide pre-service training for civilians; to make people-oriented and create Civilians ready-made environment; to strengthen the recognition of civilian personnel.
