在液体肼类推进剂使用过程中,需要对推进剂进行分装、转注和加注等工作。在这些工序中,与推进剂直接接触的设备必须经过清洗并检验合格后方可投入使用。文中设计了一种肼推进剂接触设备自动清洗系统(以下简称清洗系统),介绍了清洗系统的组成、工艺原理及结构特点;采用人机界面关联可编程逻辑控制器(PLC,下同)的方式,实现了清洗过程的实时监控。实践证明,该清洗系统性能稳定可靠,操作简单方便,人员防护齐备,满足肼推进剂接触设备的清洗要求。
In the process of using liquid hydrazine propellant, the propellant needs to be packed, transferred and filled. In these processes, equipment in direct contact with propellants must be cleaned and tested before being put into service. In this paper, a hydrazine propellant contact device automatic cleaning system (hereinafter referred to as the cleaning system) is designed, the composition, process principle and structural characteristics of the cleaning system are introduced. The human-machine interface associated programmable logic controller (PLC) Way to achieve real-time monitoring of the cleaning process. Practice has proved that the performance of the cleaning system is stable and reliable, easy to operate, personnel protection is available to meet the cleaning requirements of hydrazine propellant contact equipment.
