白喉在我市已经连续20年无病例发生。自1988～1992年实施山东省消除白喉方案后,人群免疫水平逐年提高,各项指标均达到了规定的要求,实现了消除白喉的目标,为了解消除白喉后人群免疫水平,巩固已取得的成果,为计划免疫工作提供科学的依据,我们于1998年10月开展了人群白喉抗体水平调查,现将结果报告如下。1 材料与方法1.1 检测对象 以随机抽样的方法每县区抽取1个城镇和1个乡村,对0～、6～、11～、16～、21～ 5个年龄组进行检测。1.2 监测方法 锡克氏试验法。
