专名问题在任何文化中都可以成为语言管理中重要的社会语言学问题。在汉字文化圈政体中,汉字在人名中的使用及其音译转写有鲜明的个性。本文从语言规划角度考察汉字文化圈中几个政体的人名规划及命名实践,旨在通过不同社会政治背景下人名规划中所发生的与汉字相关的问题及解决方案,帮助我们更全面地理解专名规划的复杂性,特别是为人名用字规范化研究和实践提供借鉴。
The proper name problem can become an important social linguistic problem in language management in any culture. In the system of Chinese character culture, the use of Chinese characters in transliteration and the transliteration of transliteration have distinct personality. This paper examines the name planning and naming practices of several political entities in the cultural circle of Chinese characters from the perspective of language planning and aims to help us to understand more fully the issues related to Chinese characters and their solutions through the planning of names in different social and political contexts The complexity of name planning, in particular, provides reference for the standardization research and practice of names by names.
