面对市场经济发展的新形势,我们以科学的发展观为指导,紧紧抓住促进农民增收这一主题不动摇,结合桦南实际,坚持打资源牌、走特色路、发展规模经济,加速城乡经济社会统筹协调发展。一、围绕实施工业大县战略,在提高工业经济发展水平上取得实效工业作为县域经济快速发展的重要载体,已经成为市场经济新形势下,推进城乡经济统筹协调发展,加速建设小康社会进程的必然选择。我们坚持“打资源牌,走特色路”的发展思路,在深化国企改革、招商引资和项目建设、发展农业产业化经营上狠下功夫,提升了工业经济的整体发展水平。一
