党的十八大指出,社会主义和谐社会是民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的社会。诚信是构建和谐社会的道德基础,也是社会主义核心价值观的重要内容之一。诚信缺失,社会交往就会出现价值观迷失和道德失范,从而偏离社会主义核心价值准则,经济社会发展就会处于混乱状态。因此,建设社会主义和谐社会,要加强社会诚信建设,培育和践行社会主义核心价值观。
The 18th CPC National Congress pointed out: The socialist harmonious society is a society in which democracy and the rule of law, fairness and justice, honesty and fraternity, vitality, stability and order, and man and nature live in harmony. Honesty is the moral basis for building a harmonious society and one of the important elements of the core values of socialism. Lack of honesty and credibility will lead to the loss of values and moral morals in social interactions, thus deviating from the guidelines of the socialist core values and the economic and social development will be in a state of chaos. Therefore, to build a harmonious socialist society, we must strengthen social credit construction and cultivate and practice the socialist core values.
