本文简述了医院图书馆实行学科馆员制度的意义和可行性,并从学科文献信息资源建设、信息推送服务、课题定题服务、读者培训工作、建立学科导航、特色数据库建设等方面论述了医院图书馆学科馆员创新服务的内容及措施,并分析了现阶段实施此项服务存在的问题。认为医院图书馆实行学科馆员制度能更好地为医院医疗、教学、科研提供信息服务。
This article briefly describes the significance and feasibility of the implementation of the subject librarian system in the hospital library. It also discusses the construction of subject librarian information system, information push service, subject fixed service, reader training, establishment of discipline navigation and construction of characteristic database The contents and measures of innovation service of the librarians in the hospital library and the problems existing in the implementation of this service at the present stage are analyzed. It is considered that the implementation of the subject librarian system in the hospital library can better provide information services for hospital medical treatment, teaching and scientific research.
