目的 :观察中风脑得平冲剂对出血性中风的保护作用。方法 :采用卒中型自发性高血压大鼠 (SHRsp) ,检测海马区兴奋性氨基酸 (EAA)含量以及CA1 区神经元的病理改变。结果 :中风脑得平冲剂可明显降低SHRsp出血性中风海马区谷氨酸 (Glu)和天门冬氨酸 (Asp)的含量 (P <0 0 5~ 0 0 1 ) ;海马CA1 区神经元损伤程度轻 ;光镜显示神经元密度显著增加 (P <0 0 1 ) ;超微结构显示脑组织水肿、变性和坏死均得到明显改善。结论 :中风脑得平冲剂对SHRsp出血性中风神经元有保护作用 ,可能与降低EAA的含量有关。
Objective: To observe the protective effect of Zhongfeng Naodeping Granule on hemorrhagic stroke. METHODS: Stroke-prone spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRsp) were used to detect the contents of excitatory amino acids (EAA) in the hippocampus and pathological changes of neurons in the CA1 region. Results: Zhongfeng Naodeping Granules can significantly reduce the content of glutamic acid (Glu) and aspartic acid (Asp) in the hippocampus of SHRsp hemorrhagic stroke (P <0 05 to 0 01); neuronal damage in hippocampal CA1 area The degree of light was mild; the density of neurons was significantly increased by light microscopy (P < 0.01); the ultrastructure showed that brain tissue edema, degeneration, and necrosis were all significantly improved. Conclusion : Zhongfeng Naodeping Granules has protective effect on SHRsp hemorrhagic stroke neurons and may be related to the decrease of EAA content.
