利用AFLP分子标记技术分析了25份甘蓝型油菜品种的遗传多样性。9对AFLP引物扩增出193条带,其中,73条呈多态性,多态性比率为38%。每对引物检测出的平均等位基因数为3.56,有效等位基因数为1.41。基因多样性、香农指数和遗传差异分别为0.25、0.62和0.39。在遗传相似系数0.66处,所有的甘蓝型油菜可分为3个类群,遗传相似系数表明,橄榄型油菜表现出丰富的遗传多样性。UPGMA聚类分析表明,品种间的亲缘关系与种质性状或来源关系不明显。
The genetic diversity of 25 rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) cultivars was analyzed using AFLP molecular markers. Ninety-nine AFLP primers amplified 193 bands, of which 73 were polymorphic and the percentage of polymorphisms was 38%. The average number of alleles detected per pair of primers was 3.56 and the number of effective alleles was 1.41. The genetic diversity, Shannon index and genetic differences were 0.25, 0.62 and 0.39, respectively. At the genetic similarity coefficient of 0.66, all Brassica napus could be divided into three groups. The genetic similarity coefficient indicated that Olive-type rape showed rich genetic diversity. UPGMA cluster analysis showed that the relationship between varieties and germplasm traits or sources is not obvious.
