以吉林省德惠市的典型黑土为主要研究对象,分析了2001~2003年不同耕作施肥措施下,土壤活性有机碳、速效养分和作物产量的变化规律及其相互关系,探讨了土壤活性有机碳在土壤肥力中的地位及与其他养分间的关系。结果表明:从2001年起土壤活性有机碳、土壤有效养分和作物产量均呈增加的趋势;土壤活性有机碳的不同类型对土壤养分的有效性贡献不同,易氧化有机碳与碱解氮之间呈极显著的正相关(r0.01=0.403**),而微生物量碳与速效磷间也呈正相关(r0.05=0.312);易氧化有机碳与土壤速效钾间呈显著的负相关(r0.05=-0.537**);而微生物量碳与土壤速效钾间呈正相关(r0.05=0.428);作物产量与土壤易氧化有机碳呈显著的正相关,与土壤碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾的相关性不显著。
Taking the typical black soil in Dehui City of Jilin Province as the main research object, the variation regularity and interrelation of soil active organic carbon, available nutrient and crop yield under different tillage and fertilization measures from 2001 to 2003 were analyzed. The relationship between soil active organic carbon Status in soil fertility and its relation to other nutrients. The results showed that soil active organic carbon, soil available nutrients and crop yields tended to increase from 2001 onwards. Different types of soil active organic carbon contributed to the availability of soil nutrients, and there was a significant difference between soil organic matter and available nitrogen (R0.01 = 0.403 **), while there was a positive correlation between soil microbial biomass C and available P (r0.05 = 0.312). There was a significant negative correlation between soil organic matter and readily available organic carbon (r0.01 = 0.403 **) (r0.05 = -0.537 **). The biomass carbon had a positive correlation with soil available K (r0.05 = 0.428). There was a significant positive correlation between crop yield and soil organic carbon (SOC), soil available nitrogen Phosphorus, available potassium correlation was not significant.
